HOW OFTEN WILL MOCULTURE BE RELEASING NEW COLLECTIONS?

We aim to release new collections MONTHLY (but may drop surprise collections sooner- make sure to turn on post notifications) 

New items will be added to the site between collection releases. These items will often include accessories and signature clothing pieces for men and women.

ARE THE ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

Items are true to size and extremely comfortable! If unsure about sizing, please DM us or email us at shopmoculture@gmail.com.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

MOCULTURE tees are made-to-order. As a result, processing of orders take 3-5 days. Once your order has been fully “processed” you will receive a tracking number. Due to COVID and the upcoming holidays, orders may be delayed via USPS, so we recommend paying the extra $5 (on top of the original 7 - $12 total) for FAST SHIPPING with UPS.

HOW LONG DO PREORDERS TAKE?

Estimated shipping times will be available on the individual product pages.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Refunds take may take up to   5-7 days to return to your account. Upon request, you may opt for store credit or a gift card for the equivalent amount of your order. Please text us at (404)737-1081 or email us at shopmoculture@gmail.com if you experience any issues with your order and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
