Shipping policy
MOCULTURE tees are bleached and printed by hand and made-to-order. As a result, processing of orders take 3-5 days. Once your order has been fully “processed” you will receive a tracking number. Due to COVID, orders may be delayed via USPS, so we recommend paying the extra $5 (on top of the original 7 - $12 total) for FAST SHIPPING with UPS.
Once an item is out of stock, it is marked as a preorder item - meaning that it’s being restocked. Once preorders become available, shipment can can upwards of 2-4 weeks, but we will always aim to get your items to you as soon as possible.
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add shopmoculture@gmail.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.
MOCULTURE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
